The production target per article group per shift.
Id ✎
The target Id.
Name ✎
The target name.
Description ✎
The description of the target shows the daily production target for any given article.
Article Group ✎
The article group assigned to this target. You can either select an article group or an article, not both for the same target.
Value ✎
The target value is the number of pieces (or minutes, depending on the value type) we want to produce in total before the last target checkpoint.
Default Distribution Schedule ✎
The default distribution schedule. See TargetDistributionSchedule for more information.
Available Checkpoints ✎
Check points are used to check the progress of the production through the Eton lines. The available Check point operations for use are listed, so check mark the check boxes to choose Check Points for the production Target.
You can also choose a Distribution Schedule from the drop down lists to the right of the Check Points.
Target Distribution Schedule ✎
The Target Distribution Schedule. This can also be chosen from the drop-down box. See TargetDistributionSchedule for more information.
Enabled ✎
Disabled targets will not show up in target status.
User Group ✎
When a user group is set on a target, the counter only includes operations performed by users in that group.
Station Group ✎
When a station group is set on a target, the counter only includes operations performed on stations in that group.
Article ✎
The article assigned to this target. You can either select an article group or an article, not both for the same target.
If no article is selected, all articles are included in the counter.
Routes ✎
When one route is selected, each operation in that route may be selected as a checkpoint.
If multiple routes are selected, the checkpoints will instead be based on Operation Groups. Only groups that match an operation to one or more of the selected routes will be listed, and these can be used as checkpoints.
Example
Two selected route have two different loading operations that belong to the same operation group.
When any of these two operations are performed, this will increase the counter on the checkpoint for that operation group.
Operations ✎
The operations to track for the target. If the value type is "Produced Pieces" you need to select at least one checkpoint to measure at.
Value Type ✎
Select what the target measures.
Produced Pieces
We set a target to produce a certain number of operations. The progress is measured on each of the selected checkpoints.
Produced SMV
The target value is the total number of standard minutes we want to produce. This doesn't require you to specify checkpoints as all operations matching the other filters will be include.
When an operation that matches the filters is completed, the current value will increase by the SMV value of the operation.
Produced Piece Rate
Same as produced SMV, but we are measuring the total of produced piece rate.
