💬 This guide assumes you have done the previous basic administration guides in sequence.
Now we are ready to produce our example order.
Loading the example order
- Go to station 1001.
- Log on on the terminal with operator 1 (1 F1).
- Select internal rail 1 (933.1 F4).
- Push switch until there is a carrier in work position.
- Enter the order and order line (100.1 F6).
- Attach the materals.
- Push switch to complete operation and send carrier.
- If the carrier did not leave the chain after a single chain cycle and you want to make it leave the loading station, recycle the current work position carrier using the command "99 F4" followed by pushing the operator switch. Repeat as necessary. Skip this step if you are loading more carriers.
- Load more carriers the same way or continue to next step.
Performing the sewing operation
- Go to station 1002.
- Log on on the terminal with operator 2 (2 F1).
- Push switch until there is a carrier in work position.
- Perform the sewing operation.
- Push switch to complete operation and send carrier.
- If the carrier is still in the chain, we need to push the switch again until it leaves the station.
- If you have more carriers, repeat until station is empty
Performing the unloading operation
- Go to station 1003.
- Log on on the terminal with operator 3 (3 F1).
- Push switch until there is a carrier in work position.
- Take out the materials from the hanger
- Push switch to complete operation and send carrier back to the loading station (1001).
- If you have more carriers, repeat until station is empty
