Administration - Creating a Fault Code

💬 This guide assumes you have done the basic administration guides.

Add a Fault Code

Navigate the menu to Administration > Fault Codes.

  • Click âž•
  • In the Code input, enter the fault code. This needs to be numeric. For our example we go with "401"
  • In the Name input, enter "Sewing Fault"
  • Leave the "Fault Type" dropdown on Repair
  • Leave "Repair Destination" selection on "Operator"
