General troubleshooting

1. Check the Notification Center, are there any icons showing?
   • The notification center can be shown either at the top of the left menu
     
   • or if the window is not wide enough in the right corner of the top bar
   • Click the notifications to get more detail
2. Check the Line Status
   • Navigate to Production > Line Status
     
   • If everything is alright, the cog icons should be spinning and the status icons should be green
   • If something isn't running when it should the status icons will be orange or red, and the status column will contain an error message
3. Check the Feeding Buffer Status
   • Navigate to Production > Feeding Buffer Status
     
   • The status icon should be green
   • If any buffer isn't running as it should, the status column will contain an error message
