Operator Status

The operator status screen shows the current status of the operators working on the Eton line. See Work Modes for working time reference.

There are two tabs: Production and Work time.

Functionality

• The view can be filtered by the operators login state.
• The view can be filtered by station groups.

Production - Operator level grid

Contents

• The employee number
• The employee name
• The current workstation number
• The number of produced units
• The number of faults
• The SMV
• The Piece rate value
• The on standard time
• The off standard time
• The operator performance

The operator performance is calculated by following formula:

Operator performance = [The SMV] / [The on standard time]

• The operator efficiency

The operator efficiency is calculated by following formula:

Operator efficiency = [The SMV] / [The total time]

Functionality

• By clicking on the arrow in the leftmost column you can show the operator production stats on an operation level.
• By right clicking you can access the Station Config, given that the row´s operator is logged in at a station.

• By right clicking you can access the Operation Status interface.
