The Faults per Operation Group Report displays how produced and faults have been registered on each Operation Group between the two chosen dates and times.
Each row:
- Operation Group Id
- Operation Group Name
- Operation Group Description (Optional)
- (Produced): Produced Operations
- (Prod. Qty.): Produced Quantity
- (Faults): Faulty Operations
- (Faulty Qty.): Faulty Quantity
- Fault Rate
