Faults per Operator
The Faults per Operator Report displays how many faults are registered on each Operator between the two chosen dates and times.
Each row:
- Employee Number
- Operator Name
- (Produced): Produced Operations
- (Prod. Qty.): Produced Quantity
- Rework
- (Faults): Faulty Operations
- (Faulty Qty.): Faulty Quantity
- Fault Rate
Expanded row:
- Operation Id
- Operation Name
- Fault (The Fault Name)
- (Prod.): Produced Operations
- (P. Qty.): Produced Quantity
- (Faults): Faulty Operations
- (F. Qty.): Faulty Quantity
Employee Number Search
- Search for specific employees, e.g. "001" or combine multiple employee numbers by joining them with a comma symbol e.g. "001,002,003" will show only the three employees.
