Operator Measurements

Operator Measurements

The Operator Measurements Report displays each Operators calculated Performance and Efficiency between the two chosen dates and times. The report can be expanded to see the operator's Operator history.

Adjusted SMV, Final SMV, Base SMV, On/Off Standard, Pause are displayed and exported in decimal minutes

Columns

  • (Emp#): Employee Number
  • (Name): Employee Name (First name + Last Name)
  • On Standard, time spent in Work Mode "On Standard"
  • Off Standard, time spent in Work Mode "Off Standard"
  • (Prod. Ops.): Produced Operations
  • (Prod. Qty.): Produced Quantity
  • (Faulty Ops.): Faulty Operations
  • (Faulty Qty.): Faulty Quantity
  • Pause: time spent in Work Mode Type "Pause"
  • Base SMV: sum of SMV for all completed operations
  • Adjusted SMV: earned SMV adjusted by user factor, if any
  • Final SMV: earned SMV multiplied by user SMV factor
  • Efficiency: Determines how fast an operator is (see Calculation)
  • Performance: Determines how fast and skilled an operator is (see Calculation)

The Performance mark is the 100% goal threshold.
At lower than or equal to 75% Performance the bar becomes red.
At higher than 75% Performance the bar becomes green.

Employee Number Search

  • Search for specific employees, e.g. "001" or combine multiple employee numbers by joining them with a comma symbol e.g. "001,002,003" will show only the three employees.

Calculation

  1. Final SMV is calculated first by retrieving the Base SMV which is the Operation SMV:

Final SMV Calculation

  1. Adjusted SMV is the difference between the Final SMV and Base SMV:

Adjusted SMV

  1. Produced/Faulty Operations calculation:

For each completed operation event, meaning that even if quantity produced on an operation is 3; the operation count will only increment by 1.

  1. Produced/Faulty Quantity calculation:

Is the total quantity produced of each operation this user has completed, e.g. one operation with 3 products will yield 3 quantity produced.

  1. Rework Quantity calculation:

If the operation is a repair operation this number will be the operation's quantity produced. This is true whether or not the repair is your own fault or someone else's.
