Support Connection

Support Connection is a feature that will allow off-site Eton support staff to connect with Ingenious in order to assist with troubleshooting.

This feature is not always active and requires approval before it can be used. Approval management can be done via Help > Support Connection.

Here approval can be given for a limited amount of time or indefinitely. Approving support connections is limited to users that have permission Permission: Manage Support Connection.

💡 Note that the support connection feature uses UDP communication protocol. If this has been blocked by network administrators, this feature will not work.
