  • If there is no carrier in work position already, the operator must push the button to release a carrier from a rail and let it into the chain.
  • If no carrier is releasing from the rails, then the operator must first choose the internal rail number

    Sets active internal rail

Only works on primary terminal. Entering 933.0 is a special case that will stop all rails from releasing.

    railNumber

Sequence number of wanted rail (1 is closest to the station). 0 = Stop All

after that, push the operator switch once more.
  • The operator might have to push the button several times in order for the carrier to reach the working position.
  • Once a carrier is in work position, the operation will start and the terminal text is updated to show information about the ongoing operation
  • Operator removes components from carrier and performs operation(s). Depending on the operation, some operations can be performed without removing the product from the carrier.
  • After work is complete, the operator puts the components back into the carrier
  • Operator pushes the operator switch, which completes the operation. If the carrier can be routed to the next step, the chain will start moving.
  • When the operator has finished working for the day, logout with the F1 key.

Automatic logout if used does not press any button within 5 seconds

Tips

💡 The operator can perform more than one operation at a time if the station is set up for Multiple Operation. All operations can be performed at once, the carrier does not have to leave the station in between. When the operator switch is pressed, all these operations will be marked as finished at the same time
