First check that the station is set up as a loading station. This will enable the loading terminal commands.
If you are normally loading by using a barcode scanner, verify the content of the barcode and that the reader is working. The terminal should beep when a scan is performed. Attempt load manually using a terminal command.
Entering Work Position
Already loaded. Send or reload.
This means that the carrier that has entered work position does not have an operation to perform here, but is already loaded on a route. You may load another product which will then result in a loading reject or simply send the carrier off to continue on it's original route.

Loading a Product
OL not unique
You are attempting to load an order line with the command
Load carrier with only orderline no. Requires that orderline no is unique among all orders.
Not to be confused with fault registration.
But there are several orders that contain this order line number and the system cannot know for sure which one you want.
Solution
Use the fully qualified command instead
Loads order to the carrier in working position
The quantity of the carrier will be set to the default of the loaded article.

The system could not find the order and order line that you are trying to load. The message will vary depending on what loading command you use.
Solution
Double check that you have entered the correct number and that the order and order line exists.

The station does not have any carrier in the working position
Solution
Move a carrier into working position
No Route
The article you are trying to load does not have a route set.
Solution
Find the article in the UI and assign a route to it
Route Error
The article you are trying to load has a route, but the route does not contain operations.
Solution
Find the route that this article uses in the UI and assign operations to it.
Cannot load here
The station you are trying to load the product on is not in the station group for the loading operation.
Solution
Load at another station or add the station to the loading operation station group.
Same Orderline
The carrier is already loaded with the order line you are trying to load.
Solution
The carrier is already loaded, you may send it as normal.
Unload first
This should only occur when the station is set up as a multiple operation where both unloading and loading takes place. This means that you are trying to load another product before the unloading operation is completed.
Solution
Push the operator switch, then attempt to load again
Wait Chain
You are attempting to load a product before the station chain cycle has completed. If the chain was stopped due to an IN3 timeout, the operator needs to be pushed once more to complete the chain cycle after the issue has been resolved.
Solution
Wait for the chain cycle to complete before attempting to load a product.
OL qty reached
The order line you are attempting to load has reached the full quantity.
Solution
Load another order line or increase the quantity.
Maxlimit reached
Only for warehouse orders. There are already the maximum number of products in the system for this order line.
Solution
Unload some products or increase the max limit.
